• We will process orders within 3-5 days of placement, given they are in stock. We ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground transport and should arrive in 5-7 business days.
• Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your package tracking information. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.
• All orders ship for a flat rate of $8 or $15 depending on package size. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. We currently only ship within the United States.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the safe arrival of returned products is also the responsibility of the customer.
• If you need to receive your package sooner, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
• We hope you love your kubo products, but understand if you’ve received something and realize it’s not quite the right fit for your home. It is important to us that every kubo product you choose to live with is the right fit for your space. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are able to offer a refund on kubo products in their original, unused condition returned within 10 days of their delivery according to their tracking receipt. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email email@example.com if you are ready to get your return process started.
• Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll issue your refund as soon as we receive the return, less shipping charges, in the original method of payment.
• Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment.
• All sale items are final sale.
If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above on how to return an item.
